Prescribing clinician
Dr. Rachel Deutsch.
DNP
Every Tides protocol carries her clinical sign-off. Every refill that needs a touch routes back to her. Every patient gets her judgment, not a template.

“Your biology is not a template. Every assessment I read is a real person with a real goal, and the compounds I prescribe have to earn their place.”
Dr. Rachel Deutsch, DNP
Background
Dr. Rachel Deutsch brings deep clinical expertise to peptide therapy, with postgraduate specialization in regenerative medicine, orthobiologic protocols, and longevity science. Her career spans emergency medicine, neurology, anti-aging, and advanced aesthetic care, giving her a comprehensive perspective on how the body recovers, performs, and ages.
Over the past decade, Rachel has earned recognition for her precision-based approach to clinically guided therapy. At Tides, she designs the protocols that improve recovery, sharpen cognition, restore energy, and support healthy aging. Every Tides protocol is built around the patient’s biology, not a template, and every prescription and refill carries her clinical sign-off.
How she practices at Tides
Refills carry the same gate as the initial prescription. When a patient clicks Refill in their portal, the card is authorized but not charged until Dr. Rachel signs off on the cycle. Every fourth refill is held for a direct check-in. Required lab panels (A1C and lipid for Semaglutide, for example) are requested through the patient’s portal and reviewed before continuing the protocol.
Patients message her directly through the Tides portal. She typically responds within 24 hours. Any change to a protocol, any new compound, any concern about side effects goes through her review, not an algorithm.
